Returns
Return & Refund Policy of diveshop-indonesia.com
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 7 days. Once we received the returned item Bluering Octopus Indonesia will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Bluering Octopus Indonesia will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Shipping will be held by a Courier service. We do not have any influence on the Delivery time or speed.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Packing
We will pack your Orders with the best options available! If your order will get damaged on the Transport we will need from you a video from the unboxing to claim your refund.

Warranty Disclaimer
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Warrentys are always according to the Manufacturer policy.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
Our liability is limited exclusively to the obligations described here, providing this does not contradict mandatory law.
The legal warranty applies only to defects that occur during the warranty period. This period is two years for movable goods and the period starts when the goods are handed over. The consumer must inform Bluering Oktopus Indonesia of the lack of conformity of the goods within a period of one week from the date of detection.
3. EXCLUSIONS TO THE WARRANTY
The warranty does not include:
1. Defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the product
2. Defects caused deliberately
3. Defects caused by improper transport or improper storage by the customer or the logistics company
4. Defects or damage caused by improper or incorrect use or insufficient/improper maintenance and product care
5. Defects caused by non-compliance with the user manual
6. Defects caused by incorrect assembly or incorrect adjustment
7. Defects resulting from modifications made to the product by the buyer
8. Defects caused by sharp objects, torsional stress, compression, a fall, abnormal pressure or other influences
The warranty is void if:
1. The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Mares or a Mares dealership
2. The product has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts
3. The serial number of the product has been removed, deleted, changed or made illegal

4. WARRANTY CLAIMS
For all warranty claims, as soon as you have found the defect please contact Bluering Oktopus Indonesia and bring/send the defective product as well as the original purchase receipt.
The original purchase receipt must contain the date of purchase, the name and address of the dealership and the full name of the product. Mares or the dealership reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the original purchase receipt is not provided or is incomplete or illegible.
If a warranty claim is accepted, Mares or the dealership will either repair or replace the product free-of-charge.
Depending on the remedy requested by you, if the product in question is no longer available or the repair costs are enormously high, MARES has the right to elect the alternative remedy, unless you require the termination of the contract or an adequate price reduction.

5. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Unless by mandatory law to pay compensation, we accept no liability for damage or consequential damage resulting from the use of the product, regardless of whether such a claim is based on the purchase contract, on a legal warranty claim or on Negligence, or whether the claim concerns damage to property with the exception of the product itself, loss in relation to the use of the product or another asset object or loss of profit.
To the extent permitted, this warranty may not be transferred or assigned.
6.Time for Warranty claims
We will proceed your claims as fast as possible! Anyway it can take up to 6 weeks to replace or fix the damaged product.
